What happened

Michaels of Oregon has recalled Kydex Belt and Tactical Holsters designed for Glock handguns that feature a thumb break retention strap. These black rigid holsters are marked "Uncle Mike's by Michaels of Oregon" on the back and come in sizes 12, 21, and 25 (printed on the inside). The retention strap can shift out of position, potentially causing a handgun to discharge unexpectedly during reholstering.

According to the recall notice, consumers who own one of these holsters should stop using it immediately and contact Michaels of Oregon to receive a free replacement retention strap.
