Children's Folding Chair
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Atico International USA has recalled children's folding chairs made of metal tubing with padded seats in red, blue, yellow, and green colors. The chairs, which measure approximately 22 inches high by 10 inches wide by 11 inches deep, were sold individually or as part of sets with a matching table and four chairs. A label underneath the seat reads "IMPORTED BY: ATICO INTERNATIONAL USA, INC." on some models.
The safety lock on these chairs can fail, causing the chair to collapse or fold unexpectedly. Children's fingers can become caught or pinched in the hinge and slot areas, potentially resulting in severe lacerations and fingertip amputations. Since the firm is no longer in business and the remedy is unavailable, affected consumers should discard or destroy the product.
