Walmart and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have announced a recall of the Nu-tronix Karaoke Cassette Player and Recorder due to excessive lead in the paint on five control buttons. The gray player with a purple handle and purple cassette cover comes with two children's song cassettes, a white-corded microphone, and lyric sheets. Lead poisoning in children can cause behavioral problems, learning disabilities, hearing problems, and growth retardation.
