These fireworks have a defective fuse that may fail to ignite, and if consumers attempt to re-light the fuse after the initial failure, they could suffer serious injury. The recalled product is a 1.4g consumer fireworks device consisting of a colorful plastic launch tube with six break display shells in a display box, with "T6," "Six Break Artillery Shell," and "TNT" printed on the front and "Titanium 6 Break" on the back.
