The recalled coats come in multiple colors including pink, red, blue, vanilla, and charcoal, and feature faux fur capes with drawstrings that have pompoms attached to the ends. The coats have sewn-in neck tags reading "ROTHSCHILD SINCE 1881" and come in style numbers 36321, 37321, W37321, 38321M, 56321, 56321F, 56321Y, 57321, 57321F, W57321, 58321M, 76321, 77321, and 78321M, in sizes ranging from infant to 16.
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings from the cape or remove the detachable cape entirely to eliminate the hazard. Alternatively, consumers can return the cape to S. Rothschild for a free repair.
