HandsOnToys, Inc. has recalled Wiggly Giggler brand rattles because the rattle can break and expose an internal noisemaker, creating a choking hazard for young children. The recalled rattles are 3-inch tubes with mushroom-shaped caps on each end, available in three color combinations: green with purple caps, orange with pink caps, and purple with orange caps. The rattles are designed to be shaken, stacked, and rolled, and have "Wiggly Giggler™" printed on the tube. Rattles with a small number "3" imprinted in a painted circle on the base of the mushroom end cap are not part of this recall.
Consumers who have these rattles should immediately remove them from children and contact HandsOnToys to receive a replacement toy.
