The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Kmart have recalled the "Splash Club" Aquatic Child's Swim Mask because the glass lens can break into sharp pieces that may lacerate a child's face, eyes, or hands. The affected masks are made of purple, aqua, or lime-green plastic with a clear glass lens and adjustable head strap, and have "Tempered Splash Club Glass" printed on them. They were packaged in clear plastic with a cardboard insert labeled "Splash Club Aquatic Child's Swim Mask" and carry UPC code 072000 72970 0.
If you own one of these swim masks, you should stop using it immediately and return it to your nearest Kmart or Super Kmart store for a refund.
