Daesung Celtic Enersys manufactured tankless gas water heaters sold under the Coaire and Quietside brand names that are being recalled due to a fire hazard. The recalled units can overheat and pose a fire risk. These water heaters come in single- and dual-purpose models that heat either 4 or 7.2 gallons of water per minute. They are white units measuring approximately 25-28 inches tall by 15-19 inches wide by 8-14 inches thick, with "S-Line Condensing" printed on the top front and either "Coaire" or "Quietside" on the bottom front.
Consumers who own a recalled water heater should immediately stop using it and contact Challenger Supply Holdings to arrange for a free repair.
