Milestone AV Technologies has recalled Sanus Simplicity model SLF5 television wall mounts sold exclusively at Costco. The black metal mounts, which are approximately 30 inches long and 18 inches tall with an extendable center bar, are designed to hold flat-panel televisions between 37 and 80 inches that weigh up to 125 pounds.
