Dream On Me Inc. is recalling the Lullaby Cradle Glider due to a hazard where the mattress support board can fall out or slide out of the bottom of the cradle. This poses a risk that infants can fall out and suffer injuries. The recalled cradle is made of solid pine with slats on all four sides and a gliding base, measuring 34.5 inches by 20.5 inches. It comes in four colors: cherry (640-C), white (640-W), espresso (640-E), and natural (640-N), and was manufactured in October 2011 as indicated by a label on the mattress support board.
According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cradles and contact Dream On Me to obtain a free repair kit. The repair kit will include instructions for assembly.
