Trail Crest is recalling children's hooded sweatshirts and jackets in sizes x-small, small, and medium due to drawstrings located in the hood or at the neck that present a strangulation hazard to young children. The recalled garments feature camouflage patterns on the shoulders and arms, come in birch and camouflage, pink and camouflage, or purple and camouflage color combinations, and have a style number 29121 tag sewn on the outside of the left sleeve.
If you have one of these garments, you should immediately remove it from children. You can either remove the drawstrings to eliminate the hazard or return the garment to Trail Crest for a full refund. To return the garment, contact Trail Crest for a return address label and instructions.
