SUGIFT has recalled its 2.8 GPM electric pressure washers due to serious electrocution and shock hazards. The orange and black washers, which measure approximately 11.4 inches deep, 12.7 inches wide, and 25.2 inches high, lack a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI). Because the power cord is short, users may rely on extension cords, increasing the risk of injury or death from electrical hazards. The recalled model number is LTBBHG006, and the units come with a touch screen, foam cannon, four quick disconnect nozzles, a 20-foot hose, and two rollers.
Consumers who own these pressure washers should stop using them immediately and contact SUGIFT for a full refund. To complete the recall process, consumers must completely turn off and unplug the pressure washer, cut the power cord in half, take a photo of the destroyed unit, and send the photo to steven@sugift.net. After submitting the photo, consumers should dispose of the destroyed pressure washer.
