Southern Telecom is recalling three models of Brookstone-branded Tabletop Fire Pits (model numbers BSFIREPIT01, BSFIREPIT02, and BSFIREPIT03) due to serious safety hazards. These concrete reservoir fire pits, which burn liquid alcohol, can cause uncontrolled pool fires where flames spread across spilled fuel and can shoot flames from fuel containers, creating a risk of serious or fatal burns. The model number and UPC code can be found on the bottom of the product packaging.
According to the recall, consumers should immediately stop using the fire pits and contact Southern Telecom for a full refund. To process the refund, consumers should email a photo of the fire pit to support@customersupport123.com with "Recalled," their name, and the date written on the product in permanent marker, then dispose of the product. The recall specifically states not to sell or give away these hazardous products.
