Hazard

The dome fasteners can detach and separate from the garments becoming a choking hazard. — Risk of serious injury or death from choking and asphyxiation if a fastener separates from a garment and a child places it in their mouth. Incidents of the fasteners detaching have occurred.

What should I do?

Stop using these garments immediately and keep out of reach of children. Return the garments to the place of purchase for a full refund. Items can be returned to Nature Baby stores or by post. Contact Nature Baby for a prepaid Australia Post label if you would like to return the garment via post. The cotton versions of these styles are not affected.
